Molly Devine is “One to watch” - Broadway World 

Heartfelt, soulful, and new, New Zealand Artist Molly Devine, released an uplifting single in February this year, called “Call Me Up.” Last year Molly released her EP, Rain in the River. It was co-written and produced with Nik Brinkman, (Ladyhawke, The Naked and Famous, Mitch James and Josie Moon). The EP’s single was play-listed by Dunedin’s favourite indie music station, Radio One, and became their 11th most played song of 2019. 

During lockdown this year, Molly had lots of time to get creative and after 3 years of working collaboratively with NZ writer and producers, she ended up writing and producing a series of music herself. She will be releasing these songs over the next few months. After a concert with the Dunedin Symphony Orchestra, Molly's performance was described as

‘strongly expansive and explorative…’ (ODT, 2nd March 2015). Her sound journeys from contemplative and lyrical, to high energy catharsis and back again. Her sets are a mystical, lively adventure.
